Ceremony
We have chosen the church Elinghem ödekyrka for our ceremony, and it is a bit special since that's where Helena got baptized back in 1998. Helena's ancestors lived at Gotland and this church was the one that they attended on Sundays. Still to this day, her family co-owns a house in Lickershamn, so Gotland really has a special place in our hearts.
The ceremony begins at 2 pm on Saturday the 5th of July 2025.
The dress code is cocktail.

Wedding reception
The reception will be held at Stenkyrka Folkethus, which is located at: Stenkyrka Stenstugu 405, 624 42 Tingstäde. It is only a 10 minute drive from the church. The reception officially starts at 3.30 pm.
Even though our church is wonderful, there is just that one little detail that it does not have a roof. So, in case of poor weather, the ceremony will be held at our back-up church Stenkyrka kyrka. The address is: Stenkyrka kyrka, 624 42 Tingstäde

Our story
It was a day in September in Barcelona 2018, quite crispy and sweet, that we entered the building where our Spanish class would take place. We were only 20 and 21-years-old and none of us knew anyone, so it was really quite nervy. We immediately realized that we were the worst ones at Spanish of the class, so naturally we had to stick together. During a group assignment on Salvador Allende, we discovered how much we laughed together, that we had so many things in common and that we could not stop talking. Since then, we have been a duo, and after a somewhat confusing period we went from best friends to girlfriends in 2020. Now, it is time for next step: wife and wife.
Or; "esposa y esposa", as the smart ones in our Spanish class, would say.
The day after
⛱💙The day after, July 6th, everyone is welcome to join us 10.30 at Lickershamn beach for a quick dip in the sea. We'll then walk to our garden where we will enjoy a simple breakfast.
The "dress code" for the breakfast is super casual! Our vision is: swimwear, beach dress and no makeup.
The house is really close to the beach, the address is Stenkyrka Lickershamn 540, 624 42 Tingstäde.
In case of really poor weather, the morning dip and breakfast will be cancelled.
